Product use: Start with clean and dry skin that is free of any lotion, perfume and deodorant. Lay the bra on a flat surface with the inside of the cups facing toward you and stick on the cup as your normal bra would sit. Hold the center of the bra in place while smoothing the wing one side on at a time. With both hands on the bra cups press and hold firm for a few seconds to adhere cups to skin.
